Front Desk standard

What we check before your Front Desk answers a real call.

We’re a new company without client history yet. This is the proposed Front Desk checklist and the evidence you should ask to see. Other selected services need their own agreed checks; this page does not require you to buy Front Desk.

Before a Front Desk launch

Eight checks. No exceptions.

Every item below must pass before the front desk takes a single real call for your business—and every item can be checked again afterward.

“The standard is what we’d want if we were the ones being sold to.”

Why publish a checklist

Because you can hold us to it.

A checklist is falsifiable. In a revenue review, ask about any line on this page—how it’s tested, who owns it, what happens when it fails. If we can’t answer plainly, that tells you what you need to know.

Hold us to it

Bring this page to the conversation.

Email a short description of your business and the problem you want to look at. The review is where the standard meets your calls—line by line, before any work is scoped. A request is not a booking. Nothing is scheduled or confirmed until a person has read your request and agreed on a time with you.
